Terms of Service

1. Subject

1.1. Operator provides access to computational and analytical astrology tools: natal chart calculators, Vedic & Western astrology, Human Design, numerology, tarot, PDF reports, saved charts.

1.2. Plans Simple (free), Pro and Elite are listed at /pricing. Operator may change prices with 30-day notice.

1.3. Any action on the platform (registration, calculation, payment) constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Account

2.1. Registration requires email and password. Other data is optional.

2.2. User must provide accurate data, keep credentials secure, notify of compromise.

2.3. One User — one account. Duplicate accounts to bypass plan limits are prohibited.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1. Prices are shown in RUB inclusive of applicable taxes.

3.2. Payment via YooKassa (bank cards, SBP), Telegram Stars; international users via Stripe where available.

3.3. Pro/Elite renews automatically; cancellation anytime via /cabinet/settings, access retained until end of paid period.

4. Refunds

4.1. Per Russian Consumer Protection Law Art. 26.1, User may claim a refund within 14 days if the service has not been consumed (no PDF generated, no API calls).

4.2. Refund request: email a@afischuk.ru with subject "Refund" and payment ID. Processed within 10 business days.

4.3. If Operator cannot provide the service due to its fault, full refund with no conditions.

5. Rights & Obligations

5.1. User rights: full use per plan, data export, account deletion.

5.2. User obligations: no illegal use, no unauthorized access attempts, no resale unless Elite plan with white-label.

5.3. API rate limits per plan; exceeding results in restriction until next period.

6. Operator's Obligations

6.1. Right to schedule maintenance (up to 4h/month without notice), update features, suspend accounts for violations.

6.2. Obligation: maintain SLA of at least 99.5% monthly uptime, give 24h notice for planned work, protect personal data per /privacy.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Platform content is informational and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or investment advice.

7.2. Operator is not liable for User decisions based on computations or for direct/indirect damages arising from such decisions.

7.3. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the current billing period.

7.4. Operator is not liable for ISP failures, third-party acts, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All software, interpretations, design, and documentation are owned by Operator or respective rightsholders.

8.2. User receives a non-exclusive, limited license for personal use of computed results.

8.3. Commercial use (resale, media publication) requires Elite plan and written consent.

8.4. Swiss Ephemeris is used under AGPL v3; NASA JPL DE441 is public domain.

9. Termination

9.1. User may terminate anytime by deleting the account via /cabinet/settings.

9.2. Operator may terminate with 7-day notice for material breach.

9.3. Upon termination, User data is deleted within 30 days except where law requires retention.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

10.2. Disputes are first addressed via negotiation; if unresolved — courts at Operator's registered address (Moscow).

10.3. Russian consumer protection law applies to individual Users.
